Cost free, risk free reservation service on-line 24/7
There is no cost to use our service, so you risk nothing by using our service for your on-line reservations. There are no registration fees, annual fees or other regular payments.
You do not owe us when the reservation is made, only after the guest(s) have arrived.
We will bill you at the end of each month a low fee for each reservation made and fulfilled for that month.
For cancellations and no-shows, just flag the booking and we will not charge a commission.
No commission on cancellations and no-shows
If you have a cancellation or a no-show for which you didn't receive payment, you simply flag that reservation in our system and you will not owe us a commission.
Because we don't bill you until after the stay has started, you will not be out-of-pocket for unfulfilled reservations.
45 Day Free Trial
After registering to use our service you have 45 days to set up your rental units and start taking bookings. You will not be billed for any bookings taken during this period, even if the bookings are fulfilled long after the free trial period is over.
If you do not wish to continue using our service at any time during the free trial period, there is no obligation and you will never be billed.
Secure Deposit Collection
If you choose to process the guest's credit card through your existing credit card terminal, your guest will make their reservation through our encrypted secure server guaranteeing them absolute security for their credit card information.
You will receive email notification of the booking which will contain a link back to the credit card information held on our secure server. You can then process the credit card through your own credit card terminal.
Automatic email notification
You will receive an email containing the full reservation information, excluding the credit card information, as soon as a booking is made.
Your guest will also receive confirmation of their booking and a receipt for any deposit paid. You can personalize this guest notification as you wish.
Direct receipt of guest deposits
Booking fees and deposits are received directly by you. Unlike other on-line reservation services, we do not deduct a commission from the deposit.
You can process deposits through your existing credit card terminal or through PayPal, or any other credit card payment gateway of your choosing.
The lowest commission in the industry
Our nominal commission fee is 3%. Because of our generous cancellation and no-show policy your actual commission rate per reservation will be much lower.

Your own branded reservation service
When you use our service, the reservation process will appear to be totally integrated with your web-site. Your clients will be unaware that they are using a separate service which adds to your credibility and web image.
Through our easy to use administrative interface you will specify the colors you want the reservation pages to use and upload your company logo. The result is an experience for your clients indistinguishable from your own site.
Comprehensive rate management
Your ability to define your rate structures is extremely flexible. You have the option to define room rates by:
If you have holiday rates, the system automatically knows about Federal holidays and you can add additional local holidays as necessary or override the Federal schedule.
Total control of your inventory
As a reservation is made, your available inventory is automatically updated making the unit unavailable for the dates booked.
If you take a reservation off line then you can easily make the booked unit unavailable through our administration interface. You can simply block out the unit for the booked dates, or enter your offline booking information so you have a complete on-line record of your future guests.
If you have a cancellation or a no-show, you can also easily make the unit available again.
Reservation by date or availability
Reservations can be made either by date or by availability.
For a reservation by date, the guest enters the dates they wish to book for and our system shows the available inventory from which they choose the unit they wish to book.
Reservation by availability is linked to an availability calendar by unit from which the guest can choose the dates for their stay. This is useful when you have a particularly sought after unit (such as the bridal suite) and the guest is flexible in their visit dates.
Free support
Our friendly, helpful staff are available to support your implementation of our service at no charge. We prefer to get support questions by email and we will then call you if necessary. This is because we are based in Hawaii and time zone changes can make it difficult for you to contact us and vice-versa.
