Not a problem - we will make the necessary modifications for you, again at no charge.
Do you have a special requirement that the service doesn't provide?
Tell us about it and if it will improve the service for all our clients, we'll add it at no charge.
We prefer to get support questions through the support link which you will find on our Admin pages once you have signed-up for the service and we will then call you if necessary. This is because we are based in Hawaii and time zone changes can make it difficult for you to contact us and vice-versa.
